About Tollygunge Home
Tollygunge Cheshire Home was inaugurated by Late Lord Leonard Cheshire in 1972 mainly for rehabilitating female PwD. There are around 13 PwD at Tollygunge and 8 of them going to special school at Institute of Cerebral Palsy (IICP), Kolkata. Both the Homes come under Cheshire Home India, Kolkata Unit with the registered office at Bishop House, 51, Chowringhee Road, Kolkata – 700071 Apart from providing residential services to needy PwD, Cheshire Homes also provide community based services to PwD from under privileged economic strata.Administrative Committee
